MONTHLY FEE INCLUDES:
- Preparation of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger, Journals and Payroll Reports).
- Quarterly meetings with Wini Stowe in your office. [February, May, August and November, as schedules permit.]
- Preparation of all federal and state tax returns for the business.
- On-going tax planning.
- Business management consulting.
- Investment and retirement planning.
- Unlimited telephone contact.
[Options: Monthly, Quarterly or Annual processing (fees adjusted accordingly): start-up business ½ fee first year]
- Preparation of individual income tax return (start at $150).
- Federal or State audits will be billed at $200 an hour.
- Retirement Plan administration; Report to Plan Administrator, Participant Statements and Form 5500 or 5500EZ (starts at $250).
- Buy-ins, associateships and practice valuations will be billed by the hour.
- Preparation of personal financial statements or monthly sales tax on commercial rentals ($8/month).
- Other extraordinary services performed at your request and not covered under monthly fee will be billed by the hour.
