Fee List

MONTHLY FEE INCLUDES:

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger, Journals and Payroll Reports).
  • Quarterly meetings with Wini Stowe in your office. [February, May, August and November, as schedules permit.]
  • Preparation of all federal and state tax returns for the business.
  • On-going tax planning.
  • Business management consulting.
  • Investment and retirement planning.
  • Unlimited telephone contact.

[Options: Monthly, Quarterly or Annual processing (fees adjusted accordingly): start-up business ½ fee first year]

OTHER FEES:

  • Preparation of individual income tax return (start at $150).
  • Federal or State audits will be billed at $200 an hour.
  • Retirement Plan administration; Report to Plan Administrator, Participant Statements and Form 5500 or 5500EZ (starts at $250).
  • Buy-ins, associateships and practice valuations will be billed by the hour.
  • Preparation of personal financial statements or monthly sales tax on commercial rentals ($8/month).
  • Other extraordinary services performed at your request and not covered under monthly fee will be billed by the hour.
